ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein, to consider and dispose of her representation dated 16.12.2019.

On perusal of the representation of the petitioner dated 16.12.2019 revealed that the property comprised in S.Nos.627, 618 and 624 situated at Mylapore, Triplicane Taluk were purchased by the petitioner's grandfather by the Sale Deed dated 30.04.1920 registered vide Document Nos.1235 of 1920. The said property devolved on her father. Thereafter, when the petitioner and her brother executed agreement of sale in favour of the third parties and presented the sale deed before the Sub Register Office, Triplicane for registration and the Registering Authority demanded to produce patta for registration.
3. Though the petitioner submitted Permanent Land Register (PLR) issued in the year 1991 stood in the name of her father, Registering Authority directed to produce the patta. While verifying the records, the petitioner get to understand the Permanent Land Register (PLR) in which instead of her father's name, entered as 'Shri Hathiramji Mutt'. That apart, the said Permanent Land Register (PLR) detailed as "Entries Corrected as per Collector of Madras Proceedings J2/21827/96...",
4. Thereafter, the petitioner's father died on 23.05.1992. According to the petitioner, after his demise, the said proceedings was issued by the Collector and as such, the petitioner submitted a representation before the 1st respondent challenging the said order dated 08.07.1996. The petitioner submitted the representation only on 16.12.2019, after a period of 24 years. That too, without furnishing the copy of the said proceedings.
5. In view of the above, the representation of the petitioner dated 16.12.2019 cannot be considered and the writ petition is devoid of merits and it is liable to be dismissed.
