When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e 06.05.2022, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 20.04.2022 was already considered and an order was passed by the respondent. Hence, the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.
