This application has been filed by the applicant to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to note down the physical features (both internal and external) of the building located at Plot No.73, Old Door No.13, (previous Old No.30) New No.25, CIT.Nagar, 2nd Main Road, Nandanam, Chennai comprised in TS.No.68 Block No.45 of Mambalam Village, Mambalam-Guindy Taluk, Chennai.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent, this application is allowed.

Ms.Sophia Selvi, Advocate, Enrolment MS.No.1563/2007, No.26, New Law Chamber, High Court Building, Chennai-600104, (Cell No.9884459053) is appointed as an Advocate Commissioner to note down the physical features (both https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis internal and external) of the building located at Plot No.73, Old Door No.13, A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

6. The initial remuneration of the Advocate Commissioner is fixed at Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) and the same shall be paid by the applicant directly to the Advocate Commissioner. The Advocate Commissioner shall file her report on or before 20.08.2024.
