O R D E R

This revision is filed seeking for a direction to the II Additional District Munsif Court, Ulundurpet, Villupuram District to number the unnumbered I.A.Sr.No.7879 of 2014 in O.S.No.33 of 2009.

2. Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner as plaintiff examined herself as P.W.1 and also marked documents Exs.A2 to A4. The Trial Court impounded a document as it was not properly stamped. Learned counsel further submitted that the

petitioner is relying on the document only for collateral purpose and the order of impounding is not valid. It is further contended that the petitioner has already filed application for issuing the certified copy of the order to enable the petitioner to file a revision, but without furnishing the certified copy the trial court is proceeding with the trial.

3. Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner filed an application seeking stay of the suit, but it was not taken on file.

4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the II Additional District Munsif Court, Ulundurpet, Villupuram District is directed to furnish the certified copy of the order impounding the document to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Learned Trial Court shall keep in abeyance all further proceedings in the suit till the certified copy is furnished to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 25.02.2015 Note: Issue copy of the order on .0 .2015 smi
