ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed for the wilful disobedience and non-compliance of the Order of this Court dated 07.11.2019 passed in W.P.No.14754 of 2010.

This Court has passed the order dated 07.11.2019 in W.P.No.14754 of 2010 quashing the impugned order passed by the first respondent dated 31.05.2010 in Na.Ka.No.22353/C1/E1/2010 and remanded back to the first respondent to consider afresh and pass appropriate orders. 3.According to the petitioner, since the respondent has not complied with the order of this Court, the present contempt petition has been filed before this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 07.11.2019 in W.P.No.14754 of 2010, the respondent has passed the order dated 01.07.2021 in Na.Ka.No.76099/C1/E1/2010 and hence, there is nothing survives for consideration in this contempt petition to proceed further.

5.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate, the contempt petition is closed. However, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 01.07.2021 in the manner known to law, if he is so advised.

6.The learned Government Advocate is directed to communicate a copy of the proceedings dated 01.07.2021 to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
