S.Namachivayam v. Direcotr General Of Police,
W.M.P. No.12081 of 2019 in Rev.Aplw SR.No.47386 of 2019 in W.P. No.27190 of 2017 T.RAJA, J.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner belongs to agricultural family and that the petitioner was not properly guided after coming to know about the dismissal of the writ petition. Subsequently, due to the ill health of the petitioner's father, the petitioner has been taking care of the ablutions of his father. Since the petitioner's father required physical support for everything, the petitioner could not move away from his father till the end of the year 2018. Thereafter, the petitioner was advised to prefer a Review Petition. In this process, a delay of 259 days has occurred which is neither willful nor wanton.
2.As there is no serious objection from the Additional Advocate General assisted by the Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed. 01.11.2019 vga http://www.judis.nic.in
