ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No.104 of 2023 on the file of the 1 st respondent police.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1 st respondent police submitted that the investigation is already over and the charge sheet has also been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.222 of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu.
3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the 2 nd respondent, notice to the 2 nd respondent is dispensed with.
4. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
