ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the anticipatory bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.31975 of 2024 dated 05.02.2025, which requires the Page No.1 of 4

petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.9(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31975 of 2024 dated 05.02.2025 is relaxed.
