KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., Today, this matter has been listed under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the Applicant.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that in 2nd line of paragraph 25 of the order dated 23.04.2024, passed in the aforesaid application, instead of mentioning as 'applicant' inadvertently it was wrongly mentioned as 'respondents'. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that already the applicant has nominated the arbitrator.
3. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, paragraph 25 of the aforesaid order shall read as under:
"In the present case, it was brought to the notice of this Court that already the applicant had nominated their Arbitrator and only the 1/3
respondents have to nominate their arbitrator, after which, the 3rd Arbitrator will be nominated by these two arbitrators."
4. The learned counsel for the Applicant further submitted that in the 1st line of paragraph 4 of the aforesaid order dated 23.04.2024, the date of order was wrongly mentioned as 03.04.2014 instead of 03.04.2024. Hence the date of order is hereby modified as 03.04.2024.
5. Thus, Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned. 25.04.2024 arr Note: Issue order copy on 26.04.2024 2/3
