ORDER

This review application has been filed praying to review the order dated 14.10.2024 of this Court passed in WP.No.10493 of 2021. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the records produced by respondents 1 to 3 herein are bogus and as such, the entire claim made by them is false. Therefore, respondents 1 to 3 herein are not entitled to be disbursed with any amount of money as claimed by them. 3.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused all the materials placed before this Court.

On perusal of the orders dated 14.10.2024 passed by this Court in WP.No.10493 of 2021, this Court directed the applicants and the fourth respondent herein to disburse the due amount payable to respondents 1 to 3 herein within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of that order. Now according to the applicants, there is no due amount payable to respondents 1 to 3 herein.

Accordingly, it is clarified that if respondents 1 to 3 herein are not entitled for any claim, the applicants can very well reject their claim. 6.

With the above observation, this review application is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
