This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest by the respondent police in crime No. 3 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the A1/petitioner's son had sexual intercourse with the victim by giving false promise to marry her and also she begotten female child but later he refused to marry her. Further, he abused and threatened the victim and his family members. Hence the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4.Considering the gravity of the offence, first accused is not cooperate for the DNA test. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. Further,

the Legal Service Authority, Krishnagiri, is directed to give legal assistance to the victim girl to settle the issue between them through mediation. Further, the respondent police is directed to secure the first accused as quickly as possible.
