This petition is filed to condone the delay of 458 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.R.Neethiperumal, learned Government Advocate for the petitioners, Mr.R.Saseetharan, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.V.Vijayashankar, learned counsel for the second respondent.

The delay is 458 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 458 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
