[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the petitioner's younger daughter Uma Maheswari D/o.Babu, aged about 17 years before this Court and hand over her to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that on completion of 18 years, the detenue married one Akash.

3.In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case. Accordingly, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
