O R D E R

The learned Special Govt. Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9941 of 2015, dated 03.06.2015 has been complied with by the respondents. To that effect, he also produced a letter from the second respondent, dated 16.12.2019, addressed to the Special Govt. Pleader wherein it is stated as follows: ''1.

The gratuity payment, settled to the petitioner together with interest for belated payment (Principal of gratuity Rs.8068/- (date of encashment 31.07.2015) + Interest of belated payment Rs.70497/- (Date of encashment 13.8.2019) = Rs.78,565/-.

Pensionary benefits also settled as per the G.O.Ms.No.19212 Agri (MP-1) Dept., Dt.8.11.1983 Principal amount Rs.5,72,970/-/Date of encashment 13.9.2013) Interest amount Rs.3,98,008/- /Date of encashment 13.8.2019) 3.

Family Pension also admitted Rs.616/- 4.

The above payment settlement was done through ECS to the petitioner's account.
