(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 650 days in filing the above civil miscellaneous appeal.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent though has opposed, we having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, and are inclined to allow this petition, in view of the delay i.e., 650 days, we feel that, this petition can be allowed only on terms, therefore, the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the respondent through the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
