Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Order or Direction in the nature of Writ directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.11.2021 in accordance with law nd to enter the name of the petitioner in the UDR patta in respect of Natham S.No.171/3 and New S.No.375/12 Navallur Village.

ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2021 made for entering the name of the petitioner in the Patta in respect of the subject property.

This Court vide its order dated 07.06.2022, directed the 4th Respondent/Tahsildar to consider the petitioner's application made for issuance of Patta and pass appropriate orders on the same on or before 21.06.2022. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader had placed the report of the 4th Respondent/Tahsildar which was filed in consideration of the the petitioner's application, stating that as per the village records and on field enquiry and inspection, no documents have been found relating to the possession of the subject lands by the petitioner.

A perusal of the report filed by the 4th Respondent/Tahsildar reveals that the petitioner's application made for issuance of Patta, has been rejected on the ground that there are no relevant documents in order to substantiate the claim of the petitioner with regard to his possession. In view of the same, the petitioner's application having been considered, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter as the representation has already been considered and rejected.
4. For the reasons aforesaid, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No Costs.
