When this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Appellant has sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Appeal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. He further submitted that name of the Insurance Company has been wrongly mentioned in the petition and therefore seeks liberty to file fresh Appeal by mentioning the correct name of the Insurance Company. 2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Appellant and also in view of the endorsement made, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
