The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 48 days in filing the above Crl.R.C. against the order dated 16.11.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.506 of 2022 in M.C.No.23 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate cum Additional Mahila, Alandur.

2. Mr.R.Anbalagan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission along with Crl.R.C.No.501 of 2024.
