ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to take action and to issue non-traceable certificate in respect of lost original documents on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 24.04.2021.

2. Heard Mr. R.Thirumoorthy learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.Damodaran, learned Counsel for Govt. of Tamilnadu (Crl.side).

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent shall enquire into the complaint given by the petitioner and in the event of the original documents not being able to be traced, a non traceable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

certificate shall be issued to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

4. This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
