2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint on completion of investigation has ended in filing the final report through e-filing No.LTN20230001427C2024, dated 02.01.2024, before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet.
3. In the light of the above fact, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved, he shall work out his remedy challenging the final report. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
