Prayer in W.P.No.11206 of 2022: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 5th respondent made in proceedings dated 16.03.2022 and quash the same and consequently forbearing the respondents or their men, agents, servants and any other person acting through them from in anyway interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property of the petitioner situated at Door No.3/30, Thirumalai Nagar, Ramapuram, Chennai. Prayer in W.P.No.11212 of 2022: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 5th respondent made in proceedings dated 16.03.

2022 and quash the same and consequently forbearing the respondents or their men, agents, servants and any other person acting through them from in anyway interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property of the petitioner situated at Door No.3/25, Thirumalai Nagar, Ramapuram, Chennai.
