A.No.3426 of 2018 in C.S.No.426 of 2013 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J The defendant in the suit has filed this application on account of the change in name of the defendant from Eris Life Sciences Private Limited to Eris Life Sciences Limited.

The certificate of incorporation issued consequent to the change in name has been provided. In view thereof, this application is liable to be and is allowed as prayed for.

2. Consequently, the plaintiff is directed to carry out the amendment in the cause title of the plaint on or before 28.07.2023 and serve a copy of the amended plaint on learned counsel for the defendant.
