C.M.P.Nos.10865 & 10886 of 2021 in S.A.No.343 of 2018 P.B.BALAJI, J., The petitions in C.M.P.Nos.10865 and 10886 of 2021 have been taken out by a third party claiming as purchaser of the suit property to implead herself as 3rd respondent in C.M.P.No.9565 of 2018 and S.A.No.343 of 2018, respectively.

There is no serious objection on behalf of the appellant in allowing these applications.

Considering the reasons that have been set out in the affidavits in support of these petitions and having been satisfied with the same, these petitions are allowed as prayed for and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in C.M.P.No.9565 of 2018 as well as S.A.No.343 of 2018.
