ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.01.2024 and make modification / rectification in the petitioner patta bearing No.1100 and 438.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the writ petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the subject property by virtue of the registered partition deed dated 13.01.1999 and his name has been entered in the joint patta. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents while making sub divisions, have decreased the extent of land of the petitioner contra to their documents. Therefore, the petitioner had made a representation to the second and fourth respondents for 2/4

making rectification in the patta of the petitioner and the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in the Writ Petition, the respondents shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.01.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
