This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 47A(5) of the Indian Stamp Act and to pass orders within the time frame fixed by this Court.

Heard Mr.A.Mohamed Ismail, Party in person and Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondent. 3.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of grievance that has been expressed by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
