2. Notice had been directed and the records show that the notice had also been served on the sole respondent on 28.04.2026.

3. In the affidavit filed giving reasons for the delay, it had been stated that the petitioner herein had undergone Kidney transplantation and was taking medicines and subsequently, developed postoperative medical complications including recurring health issues.
