JUDGMENT

The sole respondent is reported dead. He died on 10.05.2010. Notice containing the date of death of the respondent and the particulars of the legal representatives had been given long back on 21.10.2011. Till date, the appellant has not taken steps. Hence, the second appeal stands abated.

2. The Registry is directed to remove the second appeal from the list of pending cases.
