Considering the allegations made in the complaint, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, further action shall be taken following the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others).
