The petitioner was appointed as Office Assistant at the Government Higher Secondary School, Mansurabad by the Parents Teachers Association in the year 2000-2001 on a consolidated pay. He has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a direction to regularise him in the Government service based on his representation dated 16.4.2015.

The petitioner is not even a temporary or NMR or daily wage worker in the Government. Hence, I am not inclined to issue any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
direction as sought for by the petitioner.

In the result, the Writ Petition fails and the same is accordingly dismissed.
No costs.
