O R D E R

According to the revision petitioner, the respondent has filed an application in IA.No.2243 of 2017 in HMOP.No.2844 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai for interim custody of the child, which is pending. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court for speedy disposal of the HMOP.No.2844 of 2015.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would request this Court to issue direction to the court below to consider the IA.No.2243 of 2017 on merits or to club along with the HMOP.No.2844 of 2015 at the time of trial.

3. Considering that the application in IA.No.2243 of 2017 for interim custody is pending and in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the I Additional Family Court, Chennai to decide the above IA.No.2243 of 2017 in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Further, the court below is also directed to dispose of the main HMOP.No.2844 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above directions. No costs.
