Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to declare the Nedi Village as a separate Village Panchayat by bifurcating the Nedimozhiyanur Village Panchayat following the order of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.26961 of 2018 dated 12.10.2018 within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
