This petition is filed to direct the Registry to refund the sum of Rs.2,07,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Seven Thousand only), which is deposited into this Court in A.S.No.32 of 2017, by issuing a cheque in favour of S.B.Buvaneswari, the petitioner herein. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent. 3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
