ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to register an FIR., on the basis of the complaint dated 26.6.2015.

2. There was no representation for the petitioner on 01.09.2015. Again on 22.09.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment and the case was posted finally on 06.10.2015. Further, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 28.10.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment to today. Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court carefully perused the complaint dated 26.06.2015, that is said to have been given by the petitioner.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that this petitioner has lent Rs.10,00,000/- to three persons and that they had not returned the money. Thus, the transaction appears https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
