2. The relief sought for by the appellant is restoration of her possession in respect of the subject property. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel sought for permission of the court to withdraw the writ appeal by contending that possession had already been handed over to the appellant and has made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the same, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
