No.Na.Ka.U1/ 77811/ 05 dated 25.10.2010 on the file of the 1st respondent for issuance of Hindu Kattunayaken Schedule Tribe Community Certificate to the petitioner's elder daughter namely Ms.S.Uma.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.,) The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the proceedings in Ref. No.Na.Ka.U1/ 77811/ 05 dated 25.10.2010 on the file of the 1st respondent for issuance of Hindu Kattunayaken Scheduled Tribe https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Community Certificate to his elder daughter, viz., S.Uma.

2. The petitioner was called upon to appear for enquiry on 12.11.2010 vide notice dated 25.10.2010. Thereafter, the petitioner has not heard anything from the respondents. Thus, the instant writ petition for the aforestated relief.

3. Today, we are informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of this writ petition, relevant certificate has already been issued on 14.07.2015 and thus, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
