ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the conditional order on the petitioner in para 6(b) of Crl.O.P.No.5065 of 2025 order dated 25.02.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.5065 of 2025 dated 25.02.2025 is relaxed.
