ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2024 for issuance of patta.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation on 06.02.2024 with a request to issuance of patta, which is pending without consideration.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for issuance of patta, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
