Heard Mr.V.Selvaraj, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mrs.R.Anitha, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First Respondent and Mrs. K.Madhu, Learned Counsel for the Second and Third Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Petitioner has sought for a direction to the First and Second Respondents to designate the Petitioner as Superintending Engineer (In-charge) till that post is filled up in accordance with law. 3.

Though it is claimed that the representation dated 03.04.2023 has been made in that regard, the Petitioner has not produced any proof for having sent the same to the concerned authority.

In view of the aforesaid lacuna, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition with proof of delivery of such representation and he has also made endorsement to that effect in the court record. 5.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 12.04.2023 kst Index: Yes/No Note: Issue order copy by 10.07.2023.
