These two applications have been filed seeking a restraint against the respondent from moving the child from the current residence and to restraint the respondent from getting the Transfer Certificate from the school, where the child is studying.

2.It is stated by the learned counsel for the respondent that the child is studying in 10th standard and therefore, the issue of getting the Transfer Certificate from the school would not arise, since it is a very crucial year of education and the respondent would not shift the school. It is also stated that the respondent and the child are now residing in Besant Nagar and there is every possibility that they would continue to reside in Besant Nagar and if there is any change in address, the same would be intimated to the Court. 3.Recording as above, these two applications stand closed. 02.07.2024 smv https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
