C.M.P.No.3899 of 2024 in S.A.SR.No.56262 of 2018 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to restore the petition in C.M.P.No.6837 of 2019 in S.A.SR.No.56262 of 2018 which was dismissed for default on 09.07.2019.

In the light of the order dated 20.12.2023 passed by this Court, this petition in C.M.P.No.3899 of 2024 is allowed and accordingly, the petition in C.M.P.No.6837 of 2019 is restored.

The appellant is directed to take notice on M/s.Sharada Vivek, Additional Goverment Pleader, Puducherry, appearing for the respondent, returnable by 06.03.2024.
