Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.301 of 2022 dated 31.01.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioner is complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.301 of 2022 dated 31.01.2022 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly.
