C.M.P.No.11831 of 2023 in S.A.SR.No.56262 of 2018 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1336 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.SR.No.56262 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and Mrs.Sharada Vivek, Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) takes notice on behalf of the sole respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 1336 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.SR.No.56262 of 2018 is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise, in order and print the name of Mrs.Sharada Vivek, Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) when the matter is listed for admission.
