(REF.CR.NO.8/2021 DATED 12.01.2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 6(b) imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.7142/2021 dated 16/04/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.ARUN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.V.SARATHA DEVI,Govt.Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 16.04.2021. However, it was stipulated that the petitioner must appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioner has been complying with the said condition ever since. Therefore, the said condition stands relaxed totally. Accordingly, this petition stands allowed.
