Mr.Kalyanasundaram, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner sought the permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Transport Commissioner challenging the impugned order dated 24.08.2017. The learned counsel on record has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order dated 24.08.2017 before the Commissioner for Transport Department, in accordance with law. No costs.
