Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to award reasonable and adequate compensation to the family members of the persons, who died due to COVID-19 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2020.
