CMP.No.8570 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 108 days in setting aside abatement caused due to the death of the sole Appellant, viz., Amudham.
2.CMP.No.8572 of 2023 has been filed to set aside abatement caused due to the death of the sole Appellant, viz., Amudham. 3.CMP.No.8573 of 2023 has been filed to bring on records the proposed Appellants 1 and 2 herein as legal representatives of the deceased sole Appellant, viz., Amudham and array them as Appellants 2 and 3 in the above first appeal.
4.Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides. 5.The sole Appellant reported dead on 21.07.2022, leaving behind 1.Sudhakar and 2.Sutha as her legal representatives. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these Petitions and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner in all the Petitions, I am inclined to order all the Petitions.
6.Accordingly, C.M.P.Nos.8570, 8572 & 8573 of 2023 are ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter after three weeks.
