Prayer:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of Mandamus, for a direction to the second respondent herein to consider the final representation of the petitioner dated 20.03.2024 for billing recommendation for energy meter defect for the period 08.08.2017 to 06.09.2017 in respect of Wind Farm bearing old Number HT SC No. 624/ New No. 039214391253 within a stipulated time. With reference to the claim of the writ petitioner, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered for the purpose of billing revision as per the regulations.

The petitioner states that the Energy Meter was defective during the relevant point of time and billing is to be made in an appropriate manner. In view of the fact that the respondents undertakes to consider the representation, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents to consider Page No.2 of 4

the representation already submitted by the writ petitioner on 20.03.2024 and take a decision as expeditiously as possible. 4.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
