Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.2541/2022 dated 04.02.2022 on condition that the petitioner shall respondent before the respondent police daily at 10.30am for a period of 2 Months until further orders in Crime No.510/2022 on the file of the respondent police station.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M. JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.2541 of 2022 on 04.02.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two months, until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.
