Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Para No.4. The condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.143 of 2021 dated 19.01.2021 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, by order of this Hon'ble Court on 18.03.2021 in Crl.MP.No.3363 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.143 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. L.CHARLES PREM KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.143 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 366 (A) IPC r/w 4 and 6 of POSCO Act, 2012 in Crime No.2514 of 2020.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
