This petition has been filed to relax the condition on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30a.m., for a period of two weeks, thereafter every Saturday at 10.30am. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No. 27830 of 2024 dated in Crime No.233 of 2024 . 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30a.m., for a period of two weeks, thereafter every Saturday at 10.30am., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No. 27830 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024 in Crime No.233 of 2024, is relaxed. 4.
